Be Proud!    Courage does not mean lacking fear of an opponent.  It means having respect for yourself and others.  It means having the confidence to assert oneself.    This is what we teach at our newly opened Taekwondo school in the Farms.  Locally owned and operated by the Schreiner family – mom, dad and daughter, Schreiner’s Family Taekwondo and Tai Chi Center has trained some extremely dedicated and talented students this year.

 

            Taekwondo is a Korean martial art which teaches self defense, self control and instills self-confidence while conditioning the body and mind.  We focus on each student to build strong bodies, clear minds and develop good character.  Classes are offered for children and adults of all ages.

 

        Our instructors are ATA (American Taekwondo Association) internationally certified with over 35 years of martial arts experience and currently hold state and world champion titles.  They have performed in Korea, China, Las Vegas and Orlando on the ATA World Demo Team by being selected from over 300 applicants.
